Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the IoT industry, with a strong focus on manufacturing and healthcare clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for LocaXion's IoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors, driving new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for IoT solutions, focusing on client acquisition and long-term business relationships.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the manufacturing and healthcare industries, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique IoT needs and challenges.
- Solution Selling : Present and demonstrate IoT solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations and proposals to meet specific customer needs.
- Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiations, draft contracts, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering on promised results.
- Market Insights & Trends : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IoT, manufacturing, and healthcare to identify emerging opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the product, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and support for customers.
Qualifications :
Experience : 4-5 years of business development experience in the IoT domain, with a proven track record of successfully managing sales and building relationships in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors.Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of IoT solutions and technologies, with the ability to articulate their benefits to manufacturing and healthcare clients.Sales Skills : Strong sales acumen with experience in lead generation, client presentations, proposal development, and closing high-value deals.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders.Self-Motivated : Highly driven and self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education : A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Skills Required
