- Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including relocations, expatriations, and repatriations.
- Ensure compliance with international tax, immigration, and employment laws.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop mobility policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors for visa, tax, and relocation services.
- Maintain accurate records of mobility-related data and generate required reports.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on mobility-related matters.
- Analyse and optimise global mobility programmes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Stay updated on global mobility trends and regulatory changes in the engineering industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Mobility Manager should have :
- Educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in global mobility processes within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and employment regulations.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HR and mobility-related software tools.
- Atleast 12 years of relevant experince
