- Strengthen the company's employer branding and ensure best-in-class talent positioning
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to top leadership , advising on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
Candidate Profile :
15+ years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction industriesProven track record of leading HR strategy and operations in large or multi-unit organizationsMBA in Human Resources from a reputed business school is mandatoryEngineering degree is an added advantageStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of industry-specific HR challenges and best practicesSkills Required
