Workday Tester

Description :

We are hiring a Workday Functional Tester with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll Interface testing. The role involves executing structured test cycles for a global Workday ? ADP integration and payroll transformation program across multiple countries.

You will be responsible for validating integrations, performing data checks, documenting defects, working with functional and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Planning & Test Execution :

• Execute detailed test scenarios for Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Payroll Interface modules.
• Review BRDs, functional specs, and mapping documents to derive test conditions.
• Participate in test plan creation, scoping, and test estimation activities.
• Perform hands-on execution of SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, PGLS, and cutover & Data Validation :
• Validate end-to-end data flows for Workday ADP integrations including :

1. PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface)

2. PICOF

3. EIB (Inbound / Outbound)

4. Core Connectors & Studio Integrations
