About The Role :

We are seeking a skilled Performance Automation Tester to join our QA Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Cypress and JavaScript for automation testing, combined with expertise in JMeter for performance and load testing.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability across our applications.

What Youll Do :

• Test Automation Development : Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and JavaScript for UI and API testing.
• Performance Testing : Plan, execute, and analyze performance tests using Apache JMeter to assess system scalability and stability.
• CI / CD Integration : Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (e., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Performance Analysis & Optimization : Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system-level failures.
• Framework Development : Build and enhance reusable, maintainable, and scalable test automation frameworks.
• Collaboration & Reviews : Participate in code reviews, test strategy sessions, and defect triage meetings to ensure testing alignment with project goals.
• Reporting & Documentation : Generate detailed automation and performance test reports, documenting results, insights, and improvement recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to QA process improvements and promote test automation best practices across teams.
