Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic AGM Sales- Digital Lead to lead our sales digital leads initiatives for both home automation and lighting solutions within the Premium and Luxury Residential market segment in the aforementioned cities.

This position's prime responsibility is to lead, coach, and manage a team handling digital inbound and CRM-generated leads across KEUS Automation and Ardeo Lighting, ensuring superior conversion and customer experience through the structured sales frameworks.

The role demands hands-on involvement in high-value opportunities (homes above 4,000 sq ft.), driving strategic closures in collaboration with senior management, solution teams, and design stakeholders.

An enthusiastic person who is passionate and motivated about sales and puts all his or her effort into achieving and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead & Team Management

Manage, coach, and drive the performance of Digital Leads Sales Executives.

Ensure disciplined execution of 6SWS (Automation) and 6SAS (Lighting) processes.

Conduct daily huddles and weekly reviews focused on lead status, TAT adherence, and conversion metrics.

Maintain CRM hygiene — accurate lead tracking, scoring, documentation, and closure updates.

Identify capability gaps and implement structured training and sales enablement programs.

2. Lead Allocation & Opportunity Conversion

Monitor and allocate digital and CRM-generated leads fairly and strategically across the team.

Ensure all leads are qualified, nurtured, and progressed through every step of the 6SWS / 6SAS journey.

Track funnel metrics to maximize demo-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-closure conversions

Drive the team to maintain high lead-to-opportunity ratios and minimize leakage across stages.

Conduct joint reviews for opportunity prioritization and closure strategy.

3. Direct Involvement in High-Value Sales Closures

Personally lead or co-lead high-value projects (above 4,000 sq ft. homes, premium offices, and luxury retail).

Work closely with the Solution Design, Technical, and Pricing Teams to build persuasive proposals and presentations.

Participate in client meetings, site visits, and final negotiation discussions for strategic closures.

Ensure all stakeholder inputs (Architect, ID, MEP, Builder) are integrated for a unified proposal.

Support the team in developing a strong closing narrative — focusing on value, reliability, and brand differentiation.

4. Sales Closure Support

Provide hands-on support in advanced negotiation, deal structuring, and discount management.

Collaborate with the AGM / Regional Head to finalize pricing and commercial terms in complex deals.

Review all final quotes and proposals before submission to ensure brand consistency and profitability.

Facilitate faster decision-making by coordinating between sales, design, and operations teams.

Ensure post-closure documentation and handover to execution teams are seamless.

5. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Engagement

Ensure every customer experiences a 'Dazzling Demo' and consultative sales interaction.

Build long-term relationships with key influencers — Architects, Lighting Designers, and IDAs.

Resolve escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Maintain a premium and transparent brand experience across all touchpoints.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and review team performance using the CRM Sales Scoreboard Dashboard.

Analyze lead and lag indicators, driving weekly performance improvement actions.

Maintain comprehensive reporting on conversions, TAT adherence, revenue, and forecast.

Share lead quality and closure feedback with Marketing and Design teams to refine campaigns and offerings.

7. Process & Strategy Adherence

Drive compliance with KEUS sales SOPs and digital lead handling standards.

Execute quarterly and annual sales plans with a focus on team target achievement and incentive-linked outcomes.

Contribute insights to improve digital lead response systems, scripts, and engagement content.

Champion KEUS's vision of delivering elevated living experiences through excellence in every sale.

Overall, the AGM Sales- Digital Lead plays a multifaceted role that involves setting and achieving sales targets, nurturing a high-performing team, maintaining efficient systems and processes, building key relationships, and collaborating effectively with other parts of the organization. This role is instrumental in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably with companies of high repute
  • Background of consultative selling to luxury buyers is a positive, but not a prerequisite.
  • Strong existing relationships with real estate developers, architects, and designers, with a track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals.
  • Exceptional understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations within the high-end real estate sector.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to achieve excellence.
