Both WFO (Work From Office – Mumbai) and WFH (Work From Home – based on project availability) options are available.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Associate / BPO Executive , you will interact with customers through calls, emails, chat, and ticketing tools. You will help resolve customer queries, ensure smooth communication, and provide excellent service in every interaction.

This is an ideal entry-level role for freshers, women restarting their careers, and anyone eager to grow in the customer experience domain.

Key Responsibilities

Non-Voice (Email / Chat / Ticketing)

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, or systems like Zendesk.
  • Document issues properly and follow internal SLAs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues for process improvement.

Voice Process (Inbound / Outbound Calls)

  • Handle customer calls with confidence and clarity.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries professionally.
  • Maintain updated customer records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Who Can Apply?

    Freshers :

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in customer-facing roles (voice or non-voice).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
  • Open to WFO (Mumbai) or WFH based on project availability.
  • Women Restarting Careers :

  • Returning to work after a career break.
  • Strong communication & customer-handling ability.
  • Eager to restart and grow with a stable organization.
  • Comfortable with WFO or WFH options.
  • Experienced Candidates (Optional) :

  • EPFO employment history is mandatory.
  • Form 16 is not accepted as experience proof.
  • Prior BPO / voice process experience is preferred.
  • Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory for Freshers or Women Restarting Careers)

  • Knowledge of customer support tools like Zendesk.
  • International voice or non-voice support background.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
