Location : 100% Remote (Work-from-Home) – Candidates must be based in India
Shift : Permanent Night Shift (US hours) – 8 PM / 9 PM IST to 5 AM / 6 AM IST (exact shift will be confirmed)
Employment Type : Full-Time (5–6 days / week)
Process Type : Non-Voice (Chat & Email) OR Voice + Non-Voice (depending on your skills)
Compensation
Non-Voice Process (Chat & Email only) : ₹135 per hour
Voice + Non-Voice Process (Chat, Email + Phone support) : ₹155 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via live chat, email, and phone (voice role)
Resolve product / service-related issues quickly and professionally
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
Update tickets and follow escalation matrix when needed
Work in a fast-paced international support environment
Mandatory Requirements
Located in India only
Fluent spoken and written English (neutral accent, clear diction, professional email writing – will be tested)
Comfortable and committed to permanent night shifts
Own laptop / desktop in excellent condition with : – Windows 11 – Minimum i5 (10th gen+) / Ryzen 5 or better, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD – Working webcam + good quality noise-cancelling headset with mic
High-speed stable internet : Minimum 40 Mbps download + power & internet backup
Dedicated quiet workspace at home (no background noise during calls)
Good to Have
Prior experience in international chat / email / voice process or BPO
Typing speed 35–40+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy is preferred
