Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients.
Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines.
Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :
1–4 years in international voice process or customer support.
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle international clients and adapt to different cultural contexts.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.
Additional Requirements :
Shift :
Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts.
Education :
Graduate in any discipline (preferably).
