Your Profile :

• Program Leadership : Take ownership of strategic programs spanning multiple functions and product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence
• Project Planning & Execution : Define timelines and project plans with financial, resource and material requirements
• Delivery Oversight : Manage delivery schedules, release management, and deployment to ensure timelines are met
• Project Management Tools : Establish and maintain standardized use of project management tools and best practices across teams to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scope, timeline and resource alignment across teams
• Risk Management & Issue Resolution : Document the progress of tasks to identify and manage risks and dependencies across multiple projects. Proactively identify blockers and remove them to guarantee effective execution
• Stakeholder Engagement : Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and trust across all levels of the organization.
