  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support and align with organizational goals and operational priorities.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee relations matters effectively by addressing grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring fair practices.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes and manage talent pipelines to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent.
  • Performance Management

  • Implement and support performance management systems that promote continuous feedback, development, and accountability.
  • Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career growth.
  • HR & Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Manage HR operations and maintain compliance with labor laws and IR practices, particularly in blue-collar workforce environments.
  • Blue-Collar Workforce Management

  • Develop and oversee HR strategies tailored for blue-collar employees, including hiring, training, welfare, and engagement.
