Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Key Account Manager to manage relationships with top online retailers in the Laptop and Mobile categories. You will be responsible for driving online sales, managing monthly business plans, coordinating with internal teams, and optimizing performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage strong relationships with E-commerce partners.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Align business plans with customers and plan monthly promotional calendars.
- Collaborate with supply chain and product teams for inventory and planning.
- Coordinate with marketing for online campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and service integration on portals.
- Track and analyze sales performance using key KPIs.
- Manage operational issues such as returns and debit notes.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on digital trends and e-commerce best practices.
Qualifications :
