Job Summary
With a clear understanding of the clients business and creative mindset, the Key Account Manager chalks out a clear marketing & and advertising roadmap for our key clients. Responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, the Key Account Manager needs to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and retention of business.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop Marketing & Advertising blueprints for key accounts (Quarterly)
- Co-develop positioning campaigns with the Creative Head
- Create Campaign Concept Notes
- Lead & Monitor Account Executives
- Conduct monthly "Best Practices" training sessions
- Conduct monthly internal review sessions on key accounts with the creative team, studios, social media, performance and ORM
- Create sound Account Management processes
- Lead monthly client satisfaction calls & improvise as required
- Be the face of the agency for the client
- Develop & submit campaign impact reports
- Work on creative pitches along with the creative head
- Identify Account Mining opportunities to strengthen revenue per account

Experience : 5+ years of experience (in advertising)Educational background : Mass Comm, Branding & Advertising, MBA - Creative FieldReports to the "Account Director"
