What can you expect

• Manage end-to-end project to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
• Monitors progress and performance against the project schedule and takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals. Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives working closely with senior stakeholders across the globe.
• Understanding and overview of financials (For e.g. : Budget, HC, approvals, spent, savings, % returns etc.) across the projects being managed
• Transition Management
• Manage transition plan to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
• Create transition plans and maintain complete transition documentation
• Provide complete transparency and visibility to the senior leadership on the transition journey with risks / issues / challenges being highlighted timely
