Job Overview :

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a part of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to passengers and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
• Coordinating with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
• Handling cargo and mail, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Operating ground support equipment, such as tugs, baggage carts, and other vehicles
• Conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the aircraft and reporting any issues to the appropriate authorities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and surrounding areas
• Adhering to all safety and security protocols and regulations at all times
