- Demonstrated success in deal closures and pipeline management.

- Skilled in managing both inbound leads and outbound business development.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Conduct introductory / discovery meetings (calls or in-person) with decision-makers.Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.Manage the process of follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.Lead outbound sales efforts ;Launch and manage outreach initiatives (calls, LinkedIn, email) to generate fresh opportunities.Build a robust pipeline that goes beyond inbound inquiries.Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports (conversion tracking, pipeline forecasting).Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, focusing on upselling and retainer business.Transfer all details of closed deals to the Servicing / Project team for smooth execution.Work closely with the Owner on strategic, high-value accounts.Stay informed on market and competitor activities, suggesting new service opportunities when needed.Education Qualification : Graduate – Specialization in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
