  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Strong ability to connect, engage, and build trust with prospects.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and attentive to details.
  • Confident in handling conversations via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Handle and respond to inquiries / leads received through websites, referrals, social platforms, and campaigns.
  • Assess and qualify leads according to predefined factors such as budget, service suitability, and timelines.
  • Carry out initial interactions with potential clients (email / phone / WhatsApp) to create interest and establish rapport.
  • Keep in touch with non-priority leads by sharing information packs or scheduling follow-up calls.
  • Ensure prompt responses to all inquiries (within 24 hours).
  • Provide regular updates to the Management through daily / weekly reports on lead status and progress.
  • Education Qualification : Graduate – Specialization in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
