Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee / Management Trainee- Finance Control & Governance (Finance System Maintenance)

Responsibilities :

• .System Administration - Manage day-to-day Oracle Finance administrative tasks, including user access, roles, and profile maintenance
• .System Feeds & Interfaces - Monitor and maintain data feeds between Oracle and subledger systems, ensuring timely and accurate data flow
• .Financial Systems Support - Provide technical and functional support for finance applications, troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT or vendors for resolution
• .Reporting & Data Validation - Develop, validate, and maintain financial and operational reports, ensuring data integrity across systems
• .Master Data Management - Oversee chart of accounts, vendor, and entity setups, ensuring compliance with corporate standards
• .Month-End Support - Assist in period close activities by ensuring system readiness, posting validations, and reconciliations across modules
• .Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement process automation and system enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency and governance.
