Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Marketing & Sales Strategy Manager to lead our marketing and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing, business development, and client management , along with a good understanding of digital marketing tools and practices .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, plan, and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive company growth.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Achieve business development and revenue targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Work Mode : On-site (Full-Time)
