About the job

Position overview :

As a Strategic Initiatives & Integrations Senior Manager you lead C-level transformational initiatives, including the definition of the integration approach of newly acquired companies to drive the value of the acquisition. You partner with C-level and their leaders to drive business outcomes in support of TELUS Digital's strategy, providing your advisory expertise and driving alignment.

Key responsibilities :

  • Translate stakeholder needs to concrete proposal and action plan
  • Support the management of closing activities and integration of newly acquired companies to drive the value of the acquisition (discovery, integration planning, integration oversight)
  • Works with cross- functional leaders to drive the expected outcomes in initiatives that support the company’ strategy considering change management elements (stakeholder management, communications and training)
  • Identify risks or barriers and facilitate their management
  • Provides updates to the ELT and facilitates key decision making when required

    • Qualifications :

  • 7+ years managing cross functional initiatives at a global level
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • B2 - C1 Proficient in English language
