Role Brief :

We are looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate - Client Engagement who can provide ongoing support to our clients. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with volunteering champions worldwide, proposing & implementing new programs to improve the businessʼ revenue potential, and minimize churn rates. Key Responsibilities :

As a Sr. Associate - Client Engagement you will :

• Support the Client Engagement Manager in managing client communications and coordination, including proposals and project updates
• Communicate with clients to understand their volunteering related needs & expectations, and build & maintain strong relationships with them
• Assist in organizing client engagement interventions including business reviews, workshops, project updates, proposals and presentations
• Take ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Meet (and hopefully exceed) the revenue growth targets for accounts mapped to you within your pod
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and execute on client project goals and objectives
