Trade Compliance Analyst III

Job Description

Reporting to the Import & SCS Trade Compliance Manager, the Analyst's primary function is to act as the primary contact for Indian legal entities, to be key team player for EMEAI Trade Compliance team and regional stakeholders, conducting strategically key processes and assisting with day-to-day business compliance.

Major responsibilities include :

Act as the primary point of contact in India , work with respective stakeholders for Export control, import compliance & Supply chain security and FTA & Origin related topics by triggering, following and managing the daily business topics. Work together effectively with EMEAI Trade Compliance Team & Managers on :

• Origin topics, preferential and non-preferential rules of origin in terms of FTA compliant calculation and record-keeping.
• Ensuring full compliance with domestic and international export regulations (DGFT, BIS, REACH, FDA etc.)
• Identifying and assessing the relevant trade compliance regulation updates.

Initiate, conduct and monitor for Indian legal entities :

Support, assist, facilitate and monitor :

Conduct training to internal customers and improve awareness of trade regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, procurement, legal, finance) to ensure end-to-end compliance in international transactions.
