As a Senior Global Trade Compliance Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our global operations move efficiently, responsibly, and in full compliance with international trade regulations.

This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for a professional who thrives on building systems, shaping standards, and leading trade compliance excellence in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You'll help design and enhance the processes and data insights that power Nextracker's global supply chain, driving both compliance integrity and business agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve Nextracker's Global Tariff Model, estimating and managing the financial impact of tariffs and trade policy changes.
• Manage and oversee the collection of actual tariffs paid, ensuring completeness and accuracy of customs documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance checks, product classification, and product master data within Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Drive post-customs clearance audits and reporting, integrating global customs data to identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Perform and oversee HS Classification, ensuring consistent and accurate application of tariff codes and valuation principles across all product lines.
• Provide operational leadership for India trade compliance, managing import / export documentation, broker coordination, and engagement with customs authorities to ensure smooth and compliant local operations.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
