What is the Senior Analyst – Investment & Trade Operations Corporate Actions services group is responsible for

• The Analysts are responsible for the corporate actions Research and evaluate corporate action information pertaining to Mandatory Corporate actions from various external sources on a daily basis for all the securities invested. The Sr. Analyst will leverage various market sources and internal contacts to understand, validate, and update the corporate action information databases and ensure information is entered and distributed in a timely and accurate manner along with ensuring no adverse NAV or Financial impacts. He needs to have complete understanding of pricing, quantity and cost implications due to the corporate action on the security or securities. The Sr. Analyst will support our internal office clients by hosting all corporate action related inquiries, managing event deadlines, and partnering with different facets of the organizations and ensure accurate & timely updates are made in each appropriate system and share relevant information when needed / requested with the impacted teams. The Sr. Analyst will have to build strong contacts with our external sources like custodians, issuers, market vendors & contact various company investor relationship teams.
