Role & Responsibilities
- Mine cross-sell opportunities from centrally shared customer data.
- Understand customer insights and pitch cross-sell opportunities directly or through Customer Service Executives (CSEs) of units.
- Stay updated on the product bouquet and identify fitment with different customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to offer combination solutions based on customer needs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CSEs to enable scale in cross-sell opportunities and enhance customer lifecycle value.
- Collaborate with cross-unit teams to set and achieve targets for cross-sell, new client acquisition, and products per customer .
- Generate robust leads by networking across CSEs of multiple units.
- Follow up with sales teams for lead closures.
- Ensure new client acquisition targets for the branch are consistently achieved.
- Deliver cross-sell product / service offerings with innovation tailored to customer needs.
- Track scale and quality of cross-sell activities daily and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Self-starter with strong drive to achieve and excel.Excellent communication skills (written & oral).Flair for sales and marketing in the open market through self-sourcing for multi-line products.Proven track record of 2–5 years' experience in selling multiple financial products .Skills Required
