Role Summary
The Marketing Excellence Specialist will be a key member of the Marketing Excellence team, supporting the execution and management of marketing campaigns, maintaining marketing assets, and coordinating efforts with external agencies. This role requires close collaboration with regional and local cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery and efficient marketing operations supporting professional marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Operations
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support business goals and generate leads in APAC markets.
- Support event recruitment and engagement efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and agencies on event communications and content for social media amplification.
- Help execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, display ads, and website content updates.
- Maintain and update digital marketing assets such as emails, social media content, websites, and manage the marketing asset library.
- Serve as administrator for marketing automation tools, managing databases, campaign tracking, dashboards, and workflows.
Marketing Analytics and Performance Tracking
Collect and analyze data from digital marketing touchpoints to evaluate campaign performance.Provide insights and reports on marketing effectiveness to optimize future plans.Monitor lead engagement and campaign results, recommending content and strategy adjustments.Review media and platform investment performance, suggesting improvements to maximize reach and lead generation.Liaison and Coordination
Support communication and coordination between markets and regional teams to ensure timely, accurate execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.Marketing Assets Management
Develop, organize, and manage marketing assets, including creative templates, content updates in CMS and marketing automation platforms.Ensure marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain an organized content library.Agency Liaison and Vendor Management
Assist in vendor sourcing, briefing, project follow-ups, onboarding, training, and processing payments for agencies and vendors.Administration and Budget Management
Support administrative functions such as PR / PO processes, asset filing, and budget monitoring.Collaborate with Finance and vendors to manage invoices and payments.Qualifications and Skills
University degree with a marketing affinity.2-4 years' experience in sales, marketing, marketing operations, project management, or related roles.Strong team player, comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.Resourceful, adaptable, and positive attitude.Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Experience with CMS and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
