Job Title : Business Development Executive – Product Sales (Field Work)
Experience Required : 3–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales through direct client interactions, field visits, and relationship-building.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and deliver tailored product presentations, demos, and proposals to address client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales outcomes and revenue growth.
- Engage in proactive field prospecting through client meetings, networking, and cold calling.
- Strategize effective approaches to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Present new product offerings and features to enhance customer engagement and retention.

3–4 years of proven experience in product sales / business development , preferably in IT / ITeS or related industries.Strong background in field sales with hands-on experience in outbound prospecting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.Ability to identify product differentiators and present clear value propositions.Competency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving targets.Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to representing the company positively in all client engagements.Requirements
