Job description
We are hiring Presales resources who will be responsible for qualifying leads and proposalpreparations to support the Business Development Team.
Responsibilities :
Identify and qualify potential prospects through proactive lead follow-ups and market research
Collaborate with the pre-sales team to deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations
Coordinate between client teams and QBurst technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment
Understand customer business requirements and contribute to the creation of tailored proposal submissions
Develop and review technical and commercial proposals , ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals
Engage with customers and stakeholders to seek clarifications on RFPs and ensure accurate understanding of requirements
Work closely with Technical Architects and Digital Delivery teams to design the right solution and arrive at a comprehensive technical proposal
Manage scope, timelines, and client expectations , ensuring high-quality deliverables
Negotiate contract rates and terms while maintaining focus on company profitability and long-term client relationships
Follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts as well as inbound inquiries to drive business opportunities
Requirements :
Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
Prior experience in selling software / IT solutions or technical products
Techno-functional understanding with awareness of web and mobile technologies
Demonstrated client service and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, technical, and delivery units
Willingness to travel for short- and medium-term assignments as required
