Job description

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Optimising route of RSP to ensure regular SUBD visits
  • SUBD classification based on value sales and weight the frequency of visits
  • Identifying and finalizing the prospects for RSP, SUBD
  • Ensuring backup creation for the existing SS
  • SDE needs to have a funnel of backup Salesman / Distributor created which needs to be refreshed on a periodical basis.
  • Tracking absenteeism and keeping a close watch on the man-days to ensure consistency in productivity
  • To check and monitor the RSP's as per the infrastructure budgets
  • Responsible to keep the FF attrition in check
  • SS infrastructure review
  • SS delivery performance review
  • SS app usage review
  • Reduction of time to settle manual & damage claims of SS
