Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Workday HCM Techno Functional

In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• .Workday Functional consultant with multimodule exp - core HCM + Recruiting / Talent / Advance Compensation
• .Strong in core HCM + recruiting / Talent / Advance compensation
• .Exp in functional configurations, Business process,Security,Alerts,Notifications,EIB%27s
• .Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.
• .Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
• .Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
• .Suggest and improve business processes
• .Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
• .Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration
• .Impart training to users on Workday
