Job Description :
We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in the Benefits module. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level configuration and support services, ensuring Workday Benefits solutions align with business requirements and best practices. The role involves working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, analyzing system updates, resolving functional issues, and maintaining high-quality documentation and user Responsibilities :
- Provide expert support and hands-on configuration for Workday Benefits module based on business needs.
- Configure and manage benefit components, including eligibility rules, plan setup, and enrollment processes.
- Analyze Workday release updates and assess their impact on existing Benefits configurations.
- Recommend and implement necessary changes to ensure continuity and compliance.
- Resolve functional issues and support complex business scenarios related to benefits.
- Ensure adherence to Workday best practices in benefits configuration and utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations and related data flows.
- Maintain detailed functional documentation and deliver training or guidance on benefits processes and system Skills :
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday Benefits configuration and support.
- In-depth understanding of benefits functional components such as eligibility, enrollment, and plan management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess system changes and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Familiarity with HR business processes and benefits compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Workday Certification is Qualifications :
- Experience in global or multi-country Workday Benefits implementations.
- Exposure to integrations with payroll or third-party benefits providers.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related Structure & Candidates Availability
