Job Description :

We're looking for a certified Workday HCM Consultant to configure, implement, and maintain our Workday Human Capital Management system.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that the Workday platform effectively supports our HR processes, from talent acquisition to employee management and payroll.

Workday certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide functional and configuration support for Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Payroll.
• Lead business process configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Assist with the development of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday.
• Support data conversion and migration activities.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful system adoption.
