As we continue expanding in Bengaluru with our new HSR Layout store , we’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help lead operations, drive sales, and ensure our customers experience the Uni Seoul magic every time they visit.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager who will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations. You’ll play a key role in team management, sales performance, and customer engagement — helping to make our HSR Layout store one of Uni Seoul’s top-performing locations.

What You’ll Do

Operational Excellence :

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations.

Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and inventory management meet Uni Seoul standards.

Sales & Performance :

Drive sales through effective floor supervision, upselling, and customer engagement.

Track daily performance metrics and assist in developing strategies to achieve targets.

Team Leadership :

Motivate, train, and support the store team to deliver outstanding service.

Assist with shift planning, performance feedback, and maintaining team morale.

Customer Experience :

Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and personalized customer service.

Handle escalated customer queries and ensure every shopper leaves delighted.

Process & Compliance :

Ensure store SOPs, policies, and safety protocols are followed consistently.

Manage billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliations with accuracy.

What You Bring

2–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably as a Senior Sales Executive or Assistant Store Manager.

Strong understanding of sales processes, team management, and store operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and peak seasons.

A passion for lifestyle retail, visual merchandising, and customer satisfaction.
