About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our premium retail store specializing in Apple products and watches.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end retail, with experience managing teams, store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium brand environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Store Operations & Performance Management :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure stock planning, availability, and timely replenishment.
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, audits, and compliance guidelines.
Team Leadership & Development :
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of at least 10 members, fostering a healthy work environment and encouraging high performance.Conduct regular team reviews, briefings, and coaching sessions.Handle escalations promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Lead by example, promoting professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.Customer Experience & Visual Merchandising :
Deliver the right mix of products and services to meet customer expectations.Ensure visually appealing merchandising that aligns with brand standards.Maintain excellent customer handling and communication standards.Collect market intelligence and track trends to enhance business strategies.Skills & Competencies :
Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.Conflict resolution and decision-making skills.Strategic thinking and creativity in implementing business initiatives.Computer-savvy, especially proficient in Excel for generating reports and monitoring KPIs.Flexibility to adapt to variable working hours as required in a retail environment.Desired Profile :
