Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our apparel store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of apparel products.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints effectively.
• Train and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with senior management.
• Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
