Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Engineering / Management, Education, HR, or related field. Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in career services, placements, or corporate relations.
- Proven record of successful industry engagement and student placement outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking abilities.
