SCOPE OF WORK
You will be responsible for developing Sales Capability Enhancement of front liners, new hires, refresher for entire sales force in line with the business needs
- To ensure that Frontline and rest of the sales force is equipped with knowledge and skill to perform better and produce greater results
- To ensure that the field force in Zone are enabled to do effective execution of all strategies with coaching through OJT and classroom training
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and evaluate training needs for the business through :
Partnership during key strategic initiatives and product launchesCollaboration with business and other support functions to understand new capability to be developed for continuous up-skillingRegular field visit to understand market requirement and competition benchmarkPrepare annual / monthly training calendarPrepare and develop a team of regional trainersContent Development and refresher training :
Create and collate relevant training content (Both Product & Non-Technical)Manage vendors to enable completion of external training programs and interventionsPartner with Product Matter expert to create High-Impact training materials related to updatesCapability to do gamification of training contentManaging digital learning platform :
Managing employee traffic and engagement on digital platformCreating / designing content and delivery frameworkCreating and administer technical testTraining Strategy & Planning :
Design and drive appropriate sales training strategy and execution plan in line with the training needs identified and prioritised by the businessCategorisation of employees into different brackets & on basis of that co-work on training plan as per the training performanceROI & Reporting :
Create and report periodic metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programsImplement procedures and process improvements to maintain quality across boardSkills Required
