Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Zonal Manager - Priority Accounts. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for managing priority accounts across the region, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales growth, and developing strategies to achieve financial targets. The role will also require coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Regular reporting of performance metrics and participation in strategic planning are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 8 to 10 years in Key Account Management
  • Experience in IVD is mandatory and managing Chain labs would be an advantage.
  • Strong sales and account management skills, including the ability to develop and execute strategies for priority accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
