We are looking for an Account Manager (Client Servicing & Operations) to manage key client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and keep our operations running like clockwork.
This is a 100% work from office role & will require travel.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — someone who loves structure, enjoys working with creative teams, and can turn ideas into seamless delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Plan and manage projects end-to-end - from brief to delivery
- Handle client onboarding , operations , documentation, and invoicing
- Coordinate with creative, production, and performance teams
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Maintain reports, update trackers, and ensure timely communication
- Manage vendors
Qualification
2-5 years of experience in account management or operations (agency experience preferred)Strong communication and client relationship skillsGood grasp of marketing and content workflowsProficiency in Google Sheets, presentationAbility to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
