Creospan - Manager - Quality Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and execute end-to-end testing activities for critical projects in the Private Capital industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in FIS Investran, functional and non-functional testing, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive and well-defined test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, database, and API testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects; raise well-structured and informative bug reports.
• Perform risk-based testing and highlight risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct cloud-based application testing (advantageous).
• Use ADO (Azure DevOps) for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure end-to-end quality control for assigned projects, maintaining high accuracy and coverage.
• Apply Private Capital industry knowledge to validate business processes and workflows.
• Utilize FIS Investran expertise across all application platform modules for validation and testing.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and test scope.
• Act as a client-facing QA representative, ensuring transparency and timely updates on progress.
• Support cross-functional project deliverables and process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members where applicable.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and testing best practices.
• Recommend innovative testing approaches to improve efficiency, scalability, and coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3 - 6 years of overall QA experience with at least 3- 4 years in :
