Position Summar
yThe Manager, Quality Assurance is a strategic and technical leader responsible for overseeing Onit’s quality engineering vision and execution across multiple product lines. This individual will lead a global team of QA professionals and drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale QA frameworks and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in test automation, performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and enterprise SaaS workflows

esLead, coach, and grow a distributed QA team to achieve high performance and alignment with engineering goal
s.Define and drive the execution of QA strategy across all projects and releases, ensuring alignment with product and engineering roadmap
s.Partner with senior leadership to align QA efforts with business objectives, compliance, and customer expectation
s.Own the end-to-end QA process including test planning, automation, integration, deployment readiness, and release managemen
t.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, introducing scalable tools, frameworks, and processes that enhance software quality and delivery velocit
y.Monitor and report on QA metrics to identify trends, track progress, and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality product
s.Guide the development of comprehensive test automation and performance frameworks using modern tooling (e.g., JavaScript, Jenkins, Docker
