Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Vadodara. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, conducting interviews, and handling employer branding. Daily tasks will include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs. The specialist will also work on developing and implementing recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus
