Key Responsibilities :
- Hire candidates specializing in Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP skills
- Manage stakeholder relationships and lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Drive talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, and data management
- Lead leadership hiring initiatives and final negotiations for closures at senior levels
- Guide the recruitment team on sourcing techniques and effective recruitment methodologies
- Oversee complete end-to-end recruitment cycle without supervision
- Lead a team of recruiters (for Senior TA roles), set targets, track KPIs, and generate MIS / data reports
- Manage multiple vendors for contract staffing and maintain vendor relationships
- Deploy effective sourcing strategies for niche and diverse talent hiring across all levels
- Source profiles via job boards, social media, career sites, internet sourcing, and employee referrals
- Help design and influence internal employee communications to improve engagement and clarity
Requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's degree with strong academic backgroundProven experience in leadership hiring and IT recruitmentAbility to independently manage the full recruitment cycleStrong written and verbal communication skillsLeadership experience in managing recruiters / sourcers and recruitment strategiesExpertise in sourcing through various platforms : job portals, referrals, headhunting, etc.Experience conducting interviews across levels – from entry to C-suiteStrong ability to manage work, staff, candidates, and stakeholders effectivelyDemonstrated experience implementing talent management strategies and driving HR programsVisionary with a proven ability to execute large-scale recruitment initiativesStrong influencing, mentoring, and team-scaling skillsSkills Required
