Job Description

Job Summary :

The IT Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for domestic hiring, specializing in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top IT talent. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical IT roles.

End-to-End Recruitment

Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage salary negotiations and offer roll-outs.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

  • Provide insights on hiring trends and strategies for domestic markets.
  • Documentation & Reporting

    Maintain candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

  • Generate weekly / monthly hiring reports and metrics.
  • Market Research

    Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the domestic market.

    Requirements

    Requirements :

  • Experience : 1-3 years in IT recruitment, must be in the domestic region.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related fields.
  • Skills :
  • Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, testers, analysts).

  • Proficiency with ATS tools and job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications (Preferred) : HR or recruitment-related certifications
  • Key Attributes :

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Team-oriented approach with a proactive mindset.
