Head – Channel Sales & Marketing

Location : Chennai / Bangalore

Reports to : Chief Marketing Officer

Experience Required : 12–15 years (minimum 5 years in team management)

Team Size : 40–45

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to head Channel Sales & Marketing, responsible for driving partner-led revenue growth and building strong preference among channel partners. This role requires a blend of sales leadership, marketing acumen, and operational excellence to build sustainable, scalable partner networks.

Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a large team to drive channel partner sales performance.
  • Build and strengthen channel partner relationships, ensuring growth in number of active partners, site visits, and sales contribution.
  • Design and implement a structured channel partner program focused on engagement, loyalty, and sales growth.
  • Plan and execute an annual calendar of activities to drive revenue through channel partners, aligned with budgets and commission structures.
  • Enhance brand consideration and preference among channel partners and their customers through consistent engagement and tracking brand metrics.
  • Establish and oversee a robust backend process for partner commission claims—ensuring timely clearance, adherence to SOPs, and audit compliance.

Job Requirements / Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in channel sales within the real estate industry , with strong networks to drive both hiring and business development.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Solid understanding of brand and business fundamentals through previous experience in marketing and / or direct sales.
  • Preferred traits

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage complexity, lead a large team, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
