Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor located in Bengaluru. The Client Advisor will focus on building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, guiding customers through product selections, and providing tailored support. The role also involves administrative duties, such as assisting with insurance processes and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

• Skills in Client Relations and Customer Service to build long-term relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to anticipate and address client needs effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and provide clear, professional guidance.
• Basic knowledge of Insurance processes as they pertain to client transactions in the jewelry industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field is preferred.
• An interest in luxury goods or jewelry and prior experience in the fine jewelry industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide consistent, high-quality client support.
