& Digital Marketing Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader with deep expertise in Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing & Analytics to lead our delivery and solutions in Financial Services. The role requires building a high[1]impact, data-driven marketing engine that enhances efficiency, improves marketing ROI, and enables scalable growth across all digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Email Marketing, SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Web Analytics, and a strong grasp of MarTech tools, including Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Accountability includes delivering

services across regions, managing resources, and ensuring policy compliance. The candidate must possess strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and external client-facing capabilities. Responsibilities include short- to medium-term planning, team leadership, budget management, and achieving functional objectives. The role involves high-level stakeholder engagement and delivery of measurable outcomes for the business.

Engagement Complexity :

Collaborate with Banking, Capital Markets, Cards, Insurance and Fin-Tech operations and analytics

teams.

Design, develop and deploy solutions that are specific to business / function needs

Provide regular updates to clients across geographies to ensure alignment with priorities and focus

areas.

Responsible for hiring and deploying right talent across various projects.

P&L owner for analytics embed strategy across all Banking & Capital Markets business.

Collaborate across various BCM, Insurance service lines – customer care, Banking operations,

financial crime & risk management and Finance & accounting to offer analytics solutions

Email Marketing

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies, including segmentation,

automation, A / B testing, and performance optimization.

Manage email campaign workflows (transactional, promotional, lifecycle emails) using

platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.

Ensure deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM / GDPR), and continuous improvement through

data-driven insights.

Digital Marketing Execution

Execute omnichannel digital marketing strategies incorporating SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email

Marketing, Programmatic, and more.

Align marketing campaigns to business goals and customer journeys.

Leverage audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization to improve

engagement and ROI.

Web & Marketing Analytics

Lead the implementation and optimization of analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker

Studio, Power BI).

Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards for actionable insights.

Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for campaign, email, and site optimization.

SEO & SEM

Drive organic traffic through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and social ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

Technology & MarTech Stack Expertise

Understanding of MarTech platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs, CRM systems like

Salesforce).

Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure scalable and integrated marketing tech

solutions.

Evaluate emerging marketing technologies for fitment and feasibility

Practice Leadership, Transformation & Solutioning

Serve as the SME for digital marketing and analytics across the organization.

Develop and refine best practices, frameworks, and accelerators for marketing strategy, media,

email marketing, and analytics.

Embed Digital and lead the transformation journey across accounts leading to productivity

Lead solutioning efforts for proposals, RFPs, and client-specific engagements.

Partner with sales, strategy, and delivery teams to shape and scope engagements.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

Lead multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end campaigns and analytics engagements.

Interface with client stakeholders, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure delivery excellence, timeline adherence, and value realization.

Skills : (Education & Leadership Expertise)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields

10+ years of experience in Campaign Ops, Digital Marketing, Email Ops and Campaign

Measurement delivering measurable business value

Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.

Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI).

Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Target, Campaign, Analytics) and CRM systems

(Salesforce, etc.).

Experience with tag management (GTM, Ensighten) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

Proven track record in solutioning and practice development (consulting or enterprise).

Strong understanding of financial industry and P&L drivers for Consumer products

Ability to manage delivery in a highly matrix organization
