Job description7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns. Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation. Experience in managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders. A growth mindset : combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving. Lead the performance marketing function at a fast-scaling company with global ambitions. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead who can transform paid media investments into sustainable business outcomes. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, while inspiring a team to deliver excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels (Google, Meta, , TikTok, Programmatic).
- Drive budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at leadership level.
- Build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization — from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
- Partner with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
- Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
