Information Technology Support Engineer

Job descriptionBachelor’s in Computer Science, Software / IT / EEE Engineering, or related field. Strong experience in MES Domain. Knowledge of Microsoft OS, Office Suite, AD, DNS, DHCP, Outlook, LAN / WLAN. Basic networking, hardware, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with SQL Server, PowerShell scripting, IoT / Digitalization (a plus). Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
We are looking for a motivated Engineer- OT OPS to join our esteem client in Product-based MNC to ensure smooth operations of IT infrastructure and applications with strong MES(Manufacturing Execution System) experience. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals who are passionate about technology and eager to grow.
🔑 Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for IT requests via ServiceNow, phone, and email.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Train end-users on new systems and create documentation.
- Administer user access and support IT-related projects.
