The Opportunity

ISMG is seeking a hands-on and technically adept Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist to drive the execution, efficiency, and impact of our digital marketing campaigns. This role is pivotal in restoring structure and consistency to our marketing engine by managing end-to-end campaign delivery, vendor relationships, and performance reporting.

With a balanced mix of platform expertise (Marketo & HubSpot), campaign ownership, and stakeholder management, you will ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns that directly support sales performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns using Marketo and HubSpot.
• Automate workflows, nurture streams, and list management for large-scale databases.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain platform best practices to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into campaign strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison with external vendors and internal teams (sales, operations, content).
• Ensure deliverables are met on time, communicate proactively, and manage dependencies across functions.
• Design and implement reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor performance metrics (open rates, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, revenue impact).
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
